By continuing to use the Phonefinder platform, accessing any part of the Service or by providing any information to us, you agree to the use and transfer of your information by us, or any of our 3rd Party Providers and Financial Services Partners, on the terms set out in this Notice.

Failure to adhere to this requirement will entitle the Company, among other things, to terminate your use of the Phonefinder Platform and/or the Service(s).
The Service presented to existing or potential customers is a voluntary service through which we collect certain personal information directly from you for the purpose of passing your personal information to our 3rd Party Providers and Financial Services Partners to enable them to market certain of their products or services to you, as well as for us to market to you on their behalf.
To offer you a more consistent and personalized experience in your interactions with us, information collected through our service may be combined and supplemented with information obtained from other companies.
3rd Party Providers
Our 3rd Party Providers are a variety of Network and / or Internet Service Providers, Mobile Virtual Network Operators, Resellers, and their partners. We provide a fully independent online service to enable you to compare products and / or service offerings provided by them.
To ensure they provide you with the best possible telecommunications solution suited for your purpose and pocket, you might have to undergo a credit scoring and / or credit vetting process. To ensure quality to you and our 3rd Party Providers, we will only pass your information on to our 3rd Party Providers that you
- voluntarily submit;
- where it is information that is needed to provide you with the best possible deal;
- and where you have agreed and consented to a credit check.
Financial Services Partners
Our Financial Services Partners are typically insurance providers, financial service providers, motor industry providers, asset providers, loan providers and related service providers. We want to add value to you by ensure that we bring you competitive quotes within these industries to enable you to save both time and money and make informed decisions.
We also use your personal information to convey your opinions and preferences relating to our Financial Services Partners products and services to them to enable them to both identify products and services you may be interested in and address concerns you may raise about them.
LEGAL AGE AND CAPACITY
You may not use the Service and may not accept this Notice if you -

Please keep in mind however, in the event that you apply for us to contact you again after your have registered with the DMASA we will give effect to your specific request for us to contact you.
If we are providing you with Services you will also be subject to the specific terms and conditions relating to the product or services you are being provided with and these terms will include additional information as to how we or any of our 3rd Party Providers and / or Financial Services Partners may contact you.
If you are a new Customer or you have previously asked us for information on our products, we may send you information on our range of products through our marketing communications (SMS, E-mail, AVM, Telephonic Calls email).
If the reason you have given us personal information is to receive marketing communications from us, we will continue to provide this information to you unless you ask us not to do so.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
When you use the Service, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or mobile platform, including your location, IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested.

You are solely responsible for identifying and familiarising yourself with any terms and conditions which will govern your relationship with 3rd parties operating the 3rd Party Provider’ and / or Financial Services Partners services or websites.
Phonefinder has no control over 3rd Party Provider’s and / or Financial Services Partners services or websites and you agree that we are not responsible for any content, information, goods or services available on or through any of their websites or for any losses caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such content, information, goods or services available on or through any of their services or websites. You agree that where you access 3rd Party Provider’s and / or Financial Services Partners services or websites, you do so entirely at your own risk.
